CyberClean 2000

The CyberClean® 2000 Series is a stencil cleaner designed for chemistries that do not require a water rinse. These machines are electrically operated and provide more application pressure than our pneumatic machines. As in the 1000 series, they come in four wash chamber sizes, 16″, 24\”, 32\” and 40\” square. Basic PLC process control allows for flexibility in programming cycle times as well as many other peripheral functions. A dedicated filtration system that continually passes the cleaning chemistry through staged particulate filters and media beds is a standard feature on the convertible models.

Naturally, environmental and operator safety have been addressed throughout the design. The cleaning chemistry is kept in a sealed reservoir during product loading and unloading, thus exposing much less solution to the outside environment. Cooling coils in the reservoir are used to keep evaporation to a minimum, and are a standard feature. Both open and closed loop exhaust systems are available.
