CyberClean 7836

The Cyberclean Series 6000; Model 7836 is a batch cleaner designed to run deionized water as the cleaning agent. The system is microprocessor controlled with a front panel mounted programming module, and is capable of storing 48 programmable cleaning recipes. Its high volume and low pressure spray gently cleans water soluble solder fluxes from assembled circuit boards.

The 7836 is manufactured from high-grade electropolished stainless steel with tri-fold seam construction. This method provides enhanced corrosion resistance in even the harshest of environments. A heavy duty circulation pump delivers 158 gpm for fast and thorough cleaning. The 6kW heating element ensures fast and accurate heating of the DI water during the washing and rinsing cycles. Drying is accomplished with a HEPA filtered forced hot air system.
